The little online business that we started has grown from simple online fitness challenges to becoming the #1 personal wellbeing development system in South Africa.

At the core Kaizen Wellness started with the desire to facilitate & grow the individual’s wellbeing. Small habits, practiced consistently, add up to mind-blowing, life-enhancing results. And best of all, anyone can start where they are, with what they have. We can speed up your journey by giving you the science-backed system for mental, physical and emotional transformation, but you still have to do the work. Without responsibility as a foundation you will find that NOTHING will ever really work for you and when you blame others, you give up your power to change. The results you get on this program will be the results you give yourself by practicing our frameworks & guidance.

No. This program is for those over the age of 18 only. Adolescent dieting is linked to a myriad of mental health issues. If your child is overweight we highly encourage you to sign up for the program yourself. As a parent we cannot teach or model any healthy behaviour we don't practice consistently ourselves. Help your child by being an example.

Comparison is the thief of joy. Like each individual is unique so each wellness journey will be unique too. Our programs are centred around helping you to go from where you are right now to where you really want to be - that means that results will vary from person to person.

Over the years we’ve learned something the hard way: Once-off meal plans and training programs aren’t useful or sustainable for the vast majority of people. Even if they get into the best shape of their lives – most regain all the weight they lost and more – UNLESS they learn how to change their daily habits for the better. When you change your daily habits and skills you are able to sustain the results you achieve. That’s why we use a habit-based 15 week coaching curriculum instead.

The Kaizen Wellness Method is not a weight loss program, it’s a system that coaches you to finally master living a healthy life. Living a healthy life and making good nutrition and movement choices year round, even on your worst days, is the cornerstone to keeping the confidence, energy and vitality that you are searching for.

We all get 24 hours in a day, so the problem is not lack of time - but lack of prioritisation. We’ve had transformers who work 17 hours a day that still managed to lose 12 kg of fat during their time on the program. We’ll show you how to work within your time limitations so the you can still progress towards your goal.

We want to strongly discourage you from joining this program if rapid fatloss is your only goal. This is not a weight-loss program, it’s a personal wellbeing program. Keep in mind that this coaching program teaches you the skills you need to become and stay lean and healthy. In five years it won’t matter if it took you 8 weeks or 8 months to lose the extra fat, you’ll just be happy that you got the foundation in place to keep the fat you lost off in the long term.

Yup. Whole-food based nutrition and daily movement that you enjoy are just two of the corner stones of our programs. Our coaching programs are centred around helping you to transition to a healthy lifestyle with moderate exercise and proper nutrition so that you can look and feel your best.

It's difficult to say because of the price variances of whole-foods around the world, but most people can afford to eat locally sourced seasonal whole foods. You’ll be able to eat eggs, poultry, beef, pork, fish, seafood, whole-grains, seeds, nuts, beans, legumes, vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices. We also include some healthy fats like coconut oil, cold-pressed vegetable oils and butter. We encourage the focus on whole-foods and the minimisation of most processed foods.

Definitely, we’ve had great success with our body-weight training programs OR we can recommend a few key pieces of equipment that will help you to achieve your unique goal.

We are based in Pretoria, South Africa. The entire Kaizen Wellness Method is available online via our exclusive membership portal. The Kaizen Wellness Method is a fully online coaching program not a personal training program.

No. While you’re never to old to improve your mindset, health and fitness – you will need to get clearance from your doctor prior to starting any new nutrition or exercise program.

We offer dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian nutritional guidance.

Since a vegan diet a deficient in key vitamins - we highly recommend that you enlist the help of a plant-based dietician that will be able to give you a solid foundation in eating like a herbivore.

No you don’t. Real nutritious food is always preferable to supplements and any supplements we suggest will be for your convenience only. Supplements like a meal replacement shake, a good multivitamin/multi-mineral and quality Omega 3s can come in handy for people who travel or who have trouble eating multiple meals per day.
