Ingredients
- 110g–200g lean beef strips
- 200g mixed vegetables
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (30ml)
- 1 tsp garlic & ginger
- 1 tsp honey (5ml)
- 1 tsp sesame oil (5ml)
- Salt & pepper
Method
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef strips until browned.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauce mixture to the beef.
- Cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender and everything is well coated.
