Breakfast Wrap
Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or breakfast on the go. This wrap combines lean protein, creamy cottage cheese, and fluffy eggs for a satisfying start to the day.
Ingredients
- 1 low-calorie wrap
- 150g egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 60g lean chicken rashers
- 30g fat-free cottage cheese
Instructions
- Whisk the egg whites and whole egg together.
- Cook the eggs in a non-stick pan over medium heat until scrambled and fully cooked.
- Warm the wrap in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds.
- Place the scrambled eggs in the centre of the wrap.
- Top with the lean chicken rashers and cottage cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Serve immediately.
