Breakfast Wrap

Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep, or breakfast on the go. This wrap combines lean protein, creamy cottage cheese, and fluffy eggs for a satisfying start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 low-calorie wrap
  • 150g egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 60g lean chicken rashers
  • 30g fat-free cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg whites and whole egg together.
  2. Cook the eggs in a non-stick pan over medium heat until scrambled and fully cooked.
  3. Warm the wrap in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds.
  4. Place the scrambled eggs in the centre of the wrap.
  5. Top with the lean chicken rashers and cottage cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • Extra Veggies: Baby spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, or peppers.
