A fresh, tangy vinaigrette with citrus juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and fresh herbs without added oil.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped herbs such as parsley, dill, or coriander
  • Water to thin
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
