Cottage Cheese Scramble
A quick, protein-packed breakfast that delivers lasting fullness, muscle-supporting protein, and plenty of flavour with minimal ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 200g egg whites
- 50g fat-free cottage cheese
- 100g spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk the whole eggs and egg whites together until fully combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Gently scramble the eggs, stirring regularly until almost cooked through.
- Stir through the cottage cheese just before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
