A cool, light, creamy sauce made with fat-free Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove grated garlic
  • Fresh dill or mint
  • Salt, to taste

Method
