Ginger–Soy Sauce

A savoury, gingery sauce with soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and optional chili heat.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Chili flakes or chili sauce, optional

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Shake until well combined.
