A customizable homemade granola recipe paired with whey protein milk for a balanced meal.

Lean Protein
- Nutrinox Whey Protein (any flavour)
Vegetables / Fruits
- Cranberries
- Dried apple
- Any fruits you prefer
Beans / Grains (Carbs)
- Rolled oats
Healthy Fats
- Raw nuts and/or seeds
Spices & Extras
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Vanilla extract
- Maple syrup
You may use any spice you prefer from the recommended spice list. Season to taste.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts or seeds, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Mix until everything is lightly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until lightly golden, about 20 to 24 minutes, stirring halfway through. The granola will crisp up as it cools.
- Allow the granola to cool completely without disturbing it.
- Mix your portion of protein powder with water until smooth.
- Add your serving of granola to a bowl and pour over the protein milk.
- Enjoy. Store the remaining granola for future servings.
