Haddock - Air Fryer

With a simple seasoning blend and no added oil required, this recipe lets the fish shine while delivering a high-protein meal in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets (approximately 150–180g each)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley or mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Pat the haddock fillets dry with paper towel.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Season both sides of the haddock fillets evenly.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Place the fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Air fry at 180°C for 8–12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  7. The fish is ready when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 63°C.
  8. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
