A light blended dressing with carrot, ginger, rice vinegar, broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Ingredients
- ½ cup grated carrot, about 60g
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Zero-kcal sweetener, to taste, approximately 1 to 2 tsp sugar equivalent
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Chill in the fridge before serving.
