A light, savoury sauce with creamy peanut butter, fresh lime, soy sauce, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup water, 60ml
  • 10g peanut butter
  • 1 clove grated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Chili sauce, to taste, optional

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Shake until well combined.
