Ingredients
- ½ cup Korean fermented soybean paste, doenjang
- 2 tbsp Korean hot pepper paste, gochujang
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced or grated
- 2 finely chopped scallions
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- Zero-kcal sweetener, to taste, approximately 1 tbsp honey equivalent
- 2 to 4 tbsp water, to thin to desired consistency
Method
- Add everything to a mason jar.
- Shake or stir until well combined.
- Chill for 15 to 30 minutes to allow the flavour to develop before serving.
