Stir-fry Sauce
A balanced stir-fry sauce with savoury soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and optional sweetness.
Ingredients
- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 cloves finely minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch, optional
- 1 tbsp honey OR 1 tbsp brown sugar OR zero kcal sweetener
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil, use ½ tsp to save calories
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
- Shake until well combined.
