Stir-fry Sauce

A balanced stir-fry sauce with savoury soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and optional sweetness.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves finely minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch, optional
  • 1 tbsp honey OR 1 tbsp brown sugar OR zero kcal sweetener
  • 1 tsp sesame seed oil, use ½ tsp to save calories
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Shake until well combined.
