Important Note
Fruits count as a carbohydrate source. Divide your grain serving quantity by 3 and allocate one-third of that toward fruit servings.
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the oats according to the package instructions.
- Slice the apple and banana.
- Mix your serving of whey protein into the oats. Add a little extra water if needed for a smoother consistency.
