A light, balanced glaze with savoury broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional garlic, onion, and chili flavour.
Ingredients
- ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Zero-kcal sweetener, to taste
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- Chili powder, to taste, optional
- Garlic powder, to taste, optional
- Onion powder, to taste, optional
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
- Shake until well combined.
