A light, balanced glaze with savoury broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional garlic, onion, and chili flavour.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • Zero-kcal sweetener, to taste
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Chili powder, to taste, optional
  • Garlic powder, to taste, optional
  • Onion powder, to taste, optional

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Shake until well combined.
